Zineb Kouidri, Esq. is a lawyer and associate at BTK Lawyers, a law firm that specializes in business law, real estate and construction law, family law as well as civil and commercial litigation.

A committed professional, Ms. Kouidri holds the interests and presence of women in the business world close to her heart.

She has over 17 years of experience in the legal field, handling several large-scale projects in Quebec and abroad.

Ms. Zineb Kouidri was legal counsel in an international engineering and construction firm in Quebec for more than 5 years.

She has been an active member of the Board of Directors of the Regroupement des Jeunes Chambres de Commerce du Québec (RJCCQ) for several years.

She is also a member of several associations, including Business Professional Woman Montreal, where she worked as a director in 2019.
 

Since 2012, she has been involved in project evaluation and coaching for start-ups and entrepreneurs at the Montreal Inc. association founded by the mayor of Montreal in 1996 to boost the innovative projects of young entrepreneurs in the city.

She was also president of the Centre de médiation du Québec CMedQ until 2021, where she was an accredited mediator in commercial and civil matters.

She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the organization UniAction, whose mission is to promote coexistence.

Recognized for her accomplishments in the legal field, Ms. Zineb Kouidri was nominated among the “Lawyers of the Year” in 2016 by the legal journal Droit Inc. and was a Finalist at the Gala du Maghrébin au Québec (CMQ) in the Women Leader category in 2017. She was also named Better choice of the Lebanese community in Montreal by Notre Nouvelle newspaper and “Professional of the Year” by AEAC in 2018.
